Conservation Plan: To save the Prairie Dogs, we could find another place for our crops or we could also build them a new home to live in so that we can use that land for crops instead of killing them. The point is that there are other options other than murder. Since they live underground they could live virtually anywhere. So it shouldn’t be that hard at all to find the prairie dogs new homes. Some of them could go into zoos, But they don’t need to be excluded from us. They are cute and fat and fluffy and awesome.That is the Plan!
Threats to Ecosystem: When we as humans plow and/or bulldoze entire colonies for cropland or develop it destroys the prairie dogs homes. By doing that you are also taking the prairie dogs food. Although we also poison and shoot them because prairie dogs like to eat farmers grass. Others want to put them in a zoo or a excluded place.
